Default How To Fix??

I have a 03 Dodge Durango 4.7 4x4 and it was ran through the mud and it died. After changing the plugs, draining the oil three times, and useing a shop vac to clean out each spark plug hole full off mud. It RUNS!!! Yes the engine had plenty mud inside of it. Now I have codes that I need some help on.

P0113 (M) Intake Air Temp Sensor Voltage High Intake air (charge) temperature sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage.

P0522 Oil Pressure Voltage to Low SBEC II

Now my question is are these two things easy to do yourself? If I can get step by step instructions on how to change and or fix these two things I will be the happiest man. I've been through alot this week, andI hope this is going to be the finnishing touch to save my Baby from going to the shop and costing me big bucks that i dont have.. Thanks for all your help...
