I have a 99 Durango 2wd. The speedometer and odometer was not working until I hit fifty mph and then they both worked. This lasted for about two weeks. Now they are both not working at all. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

I know this is a late reply but just joined the forum...Anyway I have a 99 D as well and never had that problem but always heard it was due to the rear speed sensor. (A very hot topic) Check it out - it is only $40 at your local dealer...you may be able to find it cheaper at the Autozone. It is located on top of the rear diff. and is easy to change. (about 20 min.)
