Idid yesterday and they sound great. I have the new Flowmaster 50 series designed for the hemi with stainless dual tips. It's low when idling or crusing then sound off when climbling the rpms. I paid $ 400 at a custom muffler shop.

We had a local meineke muffler engineer and install a 2 1/2 inch stanless steel cat back split rear exhaust with nice tips for just under $600.00 complete. They did a great job, sounds great and the flowmaster muffler is fantastic.

Good luck to you.

I went to a custom muffler shop, had them put in a flowmaster 50. Cost was close to $400, the shop did excellent work, and man does it sound, and look nice....I have the rt and the fit was tight around the spare and sway bar in the rear, but there are things besides relocating the spare that can get the job done.

Yeah, I have an R/T as well and it was kind of tricky around the spare but I chose to go with dual 40 series Flowmasters and I couldn't be happier. Love the sound and the pipes. Good Luck.

Did you guys split the pipes after the muffler or run two flowmaster mufflers. I want to run 40 series but am undecided weather to go with duals or not.

If you run two mufflers the sound will be twice as nice, but the price will obviously rise as well. I think it is worth it though.....
