My ac/heater unit in my 2002 Durango only works on the last setting in the climate control. I went to a junk yard and replaced the 'climate control unit' and found that the problem still persists. Is it coincidental that this unit from the junkyard is broken as well? probably not. I heard for a friend(who's a mechanic) that it may be a heat resistor problem. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

 

The fan only works on high you mean??? If so look at the top of the page it would be the resistor. There are good instructions on how to replace it and it should only take a few minutes.
