Lower control arm bushing
your looking at about 120 for the parts then you have to have them pressed out and labor around 60 an hour i wild gess up there i would say to take it and have it done rufly $600- $700 but you could do it your self for like $150 or so
I reciently replaced the bushings on my 99. The MOOG bushings were less than $40. Having them pressed out and in was $45. The hardest part was waiting around while waiting to get them pressed. If you need shocks, do it now too.
Ok i recently had the ball joints and control arm shocks now driver side caliper replaced i still have the same problem when i back up.. tie rod ends replaced too . the bolts to the control arm were loose had those tighen problem went away for a few days now its back..does anyone know what is causing this..
I replaced my complete front suspension last summer. You didn't say if you have 4WD or RWD. Mine is RWD and I purchased Energy Suspension bushings complete kit from Summit Racing and orderd Moog ball joints from Amazon. Cost for all parts was less than $300. I did the work myself over the weekend. Not difficult just time consuming. If you need help let me know and I can talk you through it. It is factory tight now!!
