Default I think I might have sucked up some water

I was out doing some trail riding. I came up to a big puddle and drove through it. My durango stalled towards the end. I was able to get it started after waiting about 10 minutes. It drove a little shakey and the belt squeels all the time now. I drove it home about 15 miles going about 40mph. It 's a 99 /5.9L /4wd

What do I need to do? Am I at risk for hydrolock?

More likly the ignition got wet the intake is pretty high get some wd40 and spray down cap and wires water in the inteke dries very quick due to the heat i run a cap siliconed on and the vent pluged and wires covered in wd40 to repel the water on my mud truck d100 and i can run down your river with the water at the base of the carb no problems sounds like a boat but its fun on 100 deg days
