Default 2000 Durango mirrors

Hey, another problem here that I am looking for a bit of help with. My driver side mirror now shakes and has loosened up where it pivots. I believe this is from the repeated trips thru the car washes where the guys fold the mirrors in for you....another reason I miss TX...didn't have to run the truck thru the car wash every other day to keep the salt from eating the vehicle away in the winter...anyway, I pulled the little access cover off the bottom of the mirror, but only saw the wires for the mirror and what looked like a metal gromet. Is there a tool that can tighten this "gromet/nut"??????

I have been too busy to dig right in since this is my wife's daily driver....but i drove it again today and it really shakes alot, so on my next day off, i think I am just gonna go ask the dealership about it...otherwise I might just look into more myself...but will post anything I find or hear....

look at the bottom of the mirror where it pivots ther should be 2 phillips screws try to tighten them if you fold the mirror in look and see if the plastic where the screws go up from the bottom is not broken
