Default KNN WHISTLE

i got a knn air filter on and when i start it up it whistles loud then after driving for maybe 10 mins it stop how do i keep the whistle going

are you sure the whistling is coming from your air filter? did you get a drop-in filter or a cold air intake?

its a cold air intake and it started happening when i put the filter in. i herd its supposed to happen he just doesnt understand why its not whistling the whole time

could it be that when the d is cold it has a higher idle? then when it warms up the idle drops, but when certain levels of rpm are achieved does the whistle come back even when warm?

yeah i think thats itbecause when the heat warms up it doesnt whistle n e more . n i love the way it souds so im going to try a few diff things like a bigger air filter or a bigger throttlebody
