What would you do if you bid on and won a hypertech tuner and received a superchip tuner instead?

 

will the sc work on your d? if not send it back and get the one that dose i got the sc 3815 in the hemi ram and love the thing wife wants one on her d now

 

well it is ebay........but I would be rather ticked off.

 

Just got an email back from the seller. He says he had both and that his wife must have shipped the wrong one back. He said he paid almost twice as much for the superchip one and that if I want to keep it that fine or he would refund my money and pay for return shipping.

What should I do? It is the right one for my vehicle.

Strange that he didn't offer to swap forthe hypertech one if he had both.

 

I would return it and get the hypertech. The hypertech III for your 5.2/5.9 has more options especially the dual fuel tuning mode. I do not think super chips has the dual fuel tuning that Hypertech have.

Super chip tuner is the only programmer for Durangos with the 4.7 engine.

 

The Superchipdoes have a 87 oct setting and a 91 oct setting and a towing mode.
