Default rim questions

so i soon plan on getting a 3" body lift for my rango and running some 33x12.5-15 bfg mud terrains....i also want some black american racing series 767 wheels, but i want the tires to stick out just a bit to give the truck a little wider stance. so on to my questions,
1: what would be a good offset???
2: what is the bolt pattern, 6x???
3: how wide of a rim should i use???

on the american racing web site i see:
15x7 with no offset
15x8 with -12 offset
15x10 with -38 offset

i dont want this thing to look like a chetto ride, just a wider stance, i just have never been very good on understanding the offset stuff.....
i basically want it to look like a dakota i had, but i dont know what the offset of these rims were, or how wide they were...i would assume they were the 15x8 with -12 offset, but i really dont know
thanks for any help

Default RE: rim questions

the lug pattern is 6x4.5" I would go with a 10" wide rim. I have 17x9's and my 32x11.5's look pretty good with a wider rim.

as far as back spacing goes..... I have no idea either

so how is the look different between 8 inch wide rims and 10 inch wide rims??? im not doubting you or anything, im just wondering on how much of a difference i would be looking at....and i was told that the -12 offset would give the truck a good stance

the wider the rim, the wider it makes the tire look. and they dont "bow out" on a wider rim.
