i have a 5.9 and theres a loud vibration noise coming from the left front tire i dont think its the bearing because everything is sterdy when i shake it. Also theres a cherping noise i think that might be the belt but if anyone has any ideas on what it could be let me know

 

Could be a bad cv axle or still a wheel bearing going out.

 

I had similar and it was the bearing and joint...at 58k miles no less. I was quite frustrated, but was told by dealer quite common on D's...[:-]
