2001 Durango 4x4: My "Service 4wd light" is on and the 4wd does not work! When taken in for service I was informed that the transfer case control module was bad. $800.00 repair!!! Does anyone know where this is located? Under dash? Where? Can this be purchased aftermarket, used or what?

Does anyone know the part number and/or if this problem could be from the control module?

Would appreciate any help at all!
