Does anyone know why my heat does not work on low? is it a fuse problem or something else?

+2 on the resistor pack. Its an OEM item at the local stealer. Less than $15, and about 15-20 min to replace.

Many 01s seem to have this issue, although mine has not as of yet at 67K.

+3 on the resistor. Mine went out during the summer, A/C only worked on HIGH. I will go one further and say about $10 at dealership and with the photos from the previous thread takes about 5-10 minutes to remove/replace. I still have the thread saved as a favorite I will send the link. It is saved on other computer so I will send in separate post of this thread.

This should do it. I would recommend highly printing the instructions in color and if done correctly you will probably find it took more time to check dealer stock, pull from stock, run invoice, pay dealer, print and read instructions than it does to install.

NOTE: the instructions are for a 01 or 02 I believe, the part number might have changed, as they did in my case, but the part is the same. Order by year and nomenclature, that should do it.

Good Luck!!!!
