OK, when my headlights are off, my left turn signal works but all the dashboard/radio lights flash as well... When my headlights are on, my left turn signal doesn't work at all..
Any suggestions on what may be causing this? Its quite odd

Try replacing the flasher. When they go out they can go in a really weird way.
