pulsating is normal when the abs engages.slippery roads, etc.as it goes for the lights front wheel speed sensors (if equipped)could be bad, need a scanner to see the wheel speeds, air in the lines, ebrake pedal partial engaged, mis adjusted e-brake switch,

MDZ:

First off, do you have RWABS, or 4WABS.If yours is one of the rarer D's with ABS at all wheels, I would check the front sensors. There should be a serated ring attached to each halfshaft that lets helps the computer determine wheel speed. If that ring is dirty, or cracked and moving around it would cause the issue you are seeing. As said, you also might have a bad sensor.

If you only have the rear wheel version (I call it useless), then could be the computer or the pump unit under the hood.
