Hey guys I put new tires on my D last winter and it never came to mind that I didn't replace my spare. I've never had need for it because whenever I've had a flat it was just a nail or a screw and I've plugged my tire and filled it back up with no problems. In the case of a complete blowout though there aren't enough plugs in the world to fix it. My only problem is I got a hitch on my D and the stock spare in only about an inch away from the hitch. Anyone know if a 31" tire will fit under the truck with a hitch?

 

I have a 31 inch spare under my D. My hitch is part of the factory tow package if that makes a difference.

 

Most d's come stock with 31" tires and full sized spares. In your case that shouldnt be an issue.

 

It'll fit, I have a hidden hitch myself.
