ok well enough of the frame was metal that i could bend it (after fitting in a vice and putting pliers on it) that it now works ill post pics of what i meant when i said it was plastic and what was wrong as soon as i get them off my phone

 

ok here are the pics

the red line is where it wiped up to before and the green one is where it wipes to now (green is correct after i fixed it)

in the next one the red line is about where i put the bend in it

and in the last one i circled the parts of the wiper that are plastic(damn i hate plastic)

yup i will always take a free fix to avoid spending money, but iw as just going to live with it
