Default spare tire crank

I have a 2003 dodge durango that I bought used. I don't have the tool to lower my spare tire. Does anyone know where I can buy one or another way to raise and lower my spare tire? I used a pair of vice grips to lower my spare tire, but I can't raise it back up (not enough leverage) I checked at the dealership and they want to charge me $150 for it, which is way to much I think.

up here in alaska there isn't junk yards (nothing to speak of anyways) as for the roof mounted spare tire, I'm moving down to missouri, and I'm gonna need the roof space for storage

I have been looking for the crank also. Very hard search, even with google. I found this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/dodge...spagenameZWDVWbut not sure if it will work.seller claims it isfor 2002-07 dodge ram. Anyone know whats compatible with first gen D's.
Thanks

don't quote me, but from the looks of that picture, it looks like its the same "kit" that comes factory with the Durango
