I'm wondering if anyone knows if the 2002 RAM is electrically the same as a 2001 Durango as far as wiring for a trailer? This is for a 7 pin, including trailer brake controller, etc. My 2001 Durango does NOT have the factory tow package.

I can get a harness online for the Ram at a decent savings from a new harness for the Durango, that's why I'm asking.

Part # for RAM = 82207253
Part# for Durango = 82204721

The years and modelslisted do not indicate they can be interchanged, but if the only difference is length (Ram being longer) than that's cool, I can deal with that. But if there are differences in plug shape or pin outs than I'll just buy the correct one.
