Just got my Durnago back from the dealership. They replaced both ball joints and it does seem to ride better after they fixed the problem. No more noises coming from under the car. I was suprised that they were able to relace them so quickly, I thought that there would be a long waitning list.

 

DCX usually spaces out the recall notices, so not to overwhelm the dealers and exaust parts supplies.

 

Brought mine in around 7:30am and got the call that it was ready to pickup at 2pm. Yes, when I came to the dealership to drop mine off for the recall, I can see a long line of 4x4 Durangos in the service lot!
