All other switches work IE. temp, fan speed, rear control, and rear wiper. The A/C is stuck in defrost mode, no matter what position I put the selector switch in, when I turn it to max A/C the fan speed goes up but it still comes out of the defroster. Please Help the Dealer said it would cost $600 in labor just to tear the dash apart to fix it.

P.S. I live in New Orleans and its about to very hot.

 

Sounds like your accuator sitch has gone out or is stuck. Could be a vacuum line. You will need to tare it down. If you do have the heater core replaced at the same time.
