thanks for the info
I want to thank everyone that posted info about changing front disc brakes and front wheel hub bearing for a 4X4 Durango. It made the process easy. I had to go out and get a few tools that I didn't have, but in the long run I saved myself a ton of money. The market in Chicago is very expensive when it comes to auto repair either by a dealer or by a private shop. My sons helped so it was a learning experience for us all. There are helpful people here with a wealth of knowledge. Glad I found this site.
Glad to hear everything worked out.
This is the exact reason we are here and spend so much of our time trying tohelp people. We all love our trucks and a lot of us can speak from experience. We all hate to pay the prices for work that we don't even know is being preformed. Some of these shops are crooked and spineless. It always helps when we can hope to weed these people out and inform the general public. Not to mention, I find a lot of fun in it as well.
You should enjoy your D and not need to rely on what a shop tells you to do.
