Default Alt,Batt,Elec?

I have an '01 Durango. And,have never experienced this type of problem, til now.I startedit up,and everything was fine. Then, when I turned on the headlights, they started flickering on and off.The dome lights also flickered, along with a little noise from the door locks, and even a bit from the horn.It drove fine, and felt plenty strong. No warning lights came on,nothing indicating a problem. But,obviously something triggered this. So,after about five or six hours,I was curious to see what would happen.Come to find out,NO flickering headlights to speak of.It started right up,andNO symptoms at all.It was as if NOTHING happened. But,that's what scares me.Because something definitely DID happen/happening! Any assistance would be much appreciated.I'm kinda thinking battery, maybe alternator.Or,possibly something electrical. But,I'm nowhere near an expert. Thanks!

DD:

Have the battery load tested, and replace it should it show the least bit of flakeyness.

As 440 said, could be your CTM Central Timer Module. Dealer gets $273 dollars for the part, and another $~200 to program and install it.

In my case, the door locks would lock/unlock at will, the interior lights would come on, and the rear wiper would come on by itself.

Thanks Don! Turns out,it was indeed the Central Timer Module.Total came to $476.I only wish I would've had my sparekeyless remote with me.Because, the tech said it's no good now, until he programs it.

if you have one working remote you can program more yourself, just read the manual or do a search on here for it, it has been posted before
