Default rear door panel

need to replace speaker in rear door of wife's 01 durango. how do you get door panel off. i removed 2 screws in bottom of panel but still won't come off.

look behind the inside door handle. there is another screw there.

you can't just remove bottom half of panel? looks like 2 pieces.

Nope.

All of the doors are 1-piece panels.

Look in the top questions and answers for 1st generation durangos. There is a thread for speaker replacement with links and pics to show you what you need to remove the rear door panel. If i recall when I had mine replaced, there are 4 screws to remove. two or three on bottom and one screw at the door handle area. Then the whole panel, you lift upwards to unclip it from the top.
