Finally - new tires
After months of research (my excuse for putting it off lol), I finally got some new tires this weekend. After seeing the Consumer Reports ratings and doing a ton of reading up, I put a set of Goodyear Fortera HLs on my 2000 SLT+
An unreal improvement over the Wrangler RT/S.
Very quiet and a great ride. Had my first experience on ice with them this morning and they reacted great - much better than the crap that was on the truck when I got it.
It really feels like I'm driving a new truck.
Another question for all - thinking about switching to synthetic oil with the next change - any real advantage? I have just about 50k miles on my 'rango.
