Hello i just bought this and drove it from chicago to portland oregon pulling a 12 foot trailor it and road good but heres my problems my tail lights are acting wierd when i hit the brakes the back up lights come on and only the left works and right only the tail lights go on? other is i have the part time full time 4wd i know the 4wd low works for sure but i dont think the 4wd h and 4wd part is working any ideals thxs brad!

You have a bad ground. Looked for a shared ground on the light sockets in the rear of the car. If one ground gets loose the lights go nuts. To test your 4WD put it in 4H and drive it at least 20 feet so the hubs lock in, put it on jack stands and see if all four tires spin. Or go to an empty parking lot, in rear wheel drive do a 360 degree turn, then try in 4WD your turning radius in 4WD should really suck compaird to 2wd

It happend to a chevy i had. Idont think its normal, but stuff happens. If you lower your spare tire and take it out, there is almost enough room to sit up under there and start searching for your lose ground.

 

Ok i beleave its the plug its self i took the tail light out and wiggled the wires when the lights were on and it turned my revers lights on and flickerd the tail lights
