Bolted, no rivets. Pretty easy install.

Sorry for the late reply but I just replaced my drivers door window regulator yesterday. Founda Gorman OEwith motor on Amazon.com, $60 and some change delivered next day air. Took longer to remove the door panel than it was to install the new regulator. Local scrap yard wanted $145 and take a week to get it. Autozone supplier was out of stock on those, they wanted $99.98. So I think I got a pretty good deal and in a matter of 15 minutes mywindow was back in working order
