Last winter I had my wipers on and really heavy snow came off the roof and stopped them from moving. This of course blew the fuse(which by the way controls the 4X4 switch). I replaced the fuse but ever since then my delay wipers only go about 2/3rds of a revolution instead of going completely around. Any ideas of what would fix this or what the problem could be?
