ok i got a 98 durango, 360 4x4,slt. guy i got it from sadi fuel pump. i replaced it and the injectors, but i ttry to start it and it starts for 3-4 seconds runs good, then shuts off, and thats as far as it goes. never more than 3-4 seconds. all i have is a ket, no keypad(maybe something to do with it) this is now my only transportation so please help asap

 

Fuel pump relay?????

There should be an extra relay under the hood drivers side in the main fuse box. If you look inside the cover it has a schimatic. The relays should be interchangeable so switch one or replace it with the extra.

 

I know that they also will shut off under low oil pressure.. I have not had this experience but have read that they will...

 

Been there and no shut off. That sounds like a ball of crap. All tho, maybe a different year or something.
