I don't want to really knock off this product as a fake, it may work but not up to the big gains they may claim.

We had a fellow Durango user here that posted he has that setup from that same guy/company that is now making the PICC. He claimed up to 38 mpg on the highway on his Durango. But never provided any documentation, pics, or anything to show us his setup. The product is similar to what we're doing now with HHO thread.

So far, no one has stepped up and shown us 38 mpg on a Durango even with if HHO setup was tweaked at the best efficient settings. I will gladly drive my Durango to the ends of the earth if I can get 38 mpg.

First I really like how they said they used a 5.2L at 50% load and running 30 degree incline and got "it got around 22 mpg" YA RIIIGGGHHHT!

Second I really like the statment "When they shut off the engine, the researchers reported that it coasted on the plasma for another two minutes" Talk about sign me up for that! I really like turning off my car and having it run. HEY EVERYONE HERE IS MY CAR AND IT"S STILL RUNNING FOR YOU TO STEAL!

It might have something, but if it did, they would have sold it to the dealers under contract and made MILLIONS!
