Got another new problem code with my durango 5.9l. Engine code p1391. Defective cmp sensor.
What is a cmp and where is it located. The truck runs rough and misses.

 

its your camshaft position sensor. its located behind the engine on the passenger side above and next to the exhaust manifold. its a **********er to change out.
i took a router for drywall and cut out a chunck of my splash guard to get to mine.

 

On the 5.9L it is located under the distributor cap.

Nim: WTF did you replace?????????
