i have a 98 durango that i blew the motor in iam looking to rebuild it and make as fast as i can its only got the 5.2 in it and would like to work off of that block if you guys got any info that would be great thank you so much

 

Have it bored 20 to 30 over, stroked, and blue printed. Next have the heads ported and polished. Get a bigger cam approx 7 lift from the 6 that is OEM. Throw a M1 intake manifold on it and a preformance PCM with a preformance tune and cold air intake, Fastman TB, and a exhaust system at 3" cat back.

After that I would and while the motor is out put a oversized torque convertor in and install a Transgo shift kit.

All this together is one bad *** machine.

 

don't forget the ignition. And use synthetic oil.
