I need some help programming key fobs already installed central timer module that fixed everything else, went with owners manual instructions would not go into promramming mode any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Key fobs need to be taken in with you to the dealer when the CTM is replaced. It is a dealer only issue since they have the tools to plug in to do the programming. This is why the CTM replacement isn't done at home via DIY. There is nothing you can do at home for the fobs.
