Consitering that they are the same block, not hard at all. There are some parts that need to be changed out.
You need a new PCM for the 360.
If you use the search at the top of the page there have been people that have completed it. Look inside the Durango 1st Gen. The posts that they have done contain great info.
Try the word "swap" or another and you will find it.
