Looks like he has his answer then.

And if taken from his other posts he has a 99 and a 4.7... he has other issues since like it was correctly pointed out, there was no 4.7 in the 99s. Leads one to think perhaps his stereo is turned off and his horn is old/dead. Could be.

Hey there 408! How ya liking the headers?

Maybe you kicked off the pigtail wiring harness from under the dash.

This is turning out to be some fun poked argumentative match and I'm laughin my *** off!

Default steering controls fixed

first of all i fixed the controls took of the cover on the steering column and immediatly saw that their was a wirng harness disaconnected and second i have a 2000 4.7 durango with around 157000 miles on it and i want to switch to a 5.7 or a 5.9 becouse the current engine is a bit under powered for the size of the truck and i have become a little attatched to the truck so im gonna raplace the motor as soon as i decide wich motor to upgrade to and maybe a new tranny to match

p.s. eight months ago i had a 99 5.2 durango with 67000 miles and was stupid and hit a tahoe in the rain doing like 60 becouse i was to ignorant to replace the bald tires the only reason the insurance company totaled the car was becouse the airbags went off

It doesn't matter what options are on the vehicle. This would still be the answer.

You have a very good point bro. Same thing happened to me last month... everything stopped working, horn lights radio chime, you name it, it didnt work... I plugged the battery in and she started right up.. It happens every time i disconnect my battery, maybe i should replace my clock spring

They are still keeping me all nice and fuzzy inside... But the neighbors are starting to get a lynch mob going because of my 3am emergency calls.. Dual AT flowmaster 40's could be the problem but i'd rather give them your name and number first to tell em who is really responsible...

I know I've never told anyone to install things like that.
