So I have a 2003 Durango and when I press the brakes the rear lights do not come on. However, I know that the bulbs are good because they will light just not when the brake pedal is pressed. I tried to check the fuses but I couldn't find one for the brake lights themselves. Any of the fuses for the lights on the vehicle were fine though. Could someone help me and tell me what could be wrong??

 

They are dual filament brake lights. The brake light filament is most likely burned out. Change them.
