Unhappy windshield wipers

For the 2000 Durango it says the windshield wipers are to be 20" on both sides. But, when I go to put the passenger side on it doesn't "click" in place like the drivers side did. Did I miss read and get the wrong size for the passenger side???

Click? please explain. Do you mean it wont connect to the wiper arm?

Length should usually not matter because most wipers connect in the same way, so even if the wiper was the wrong length it should still go on. I have had some difficult wipers that needed to be forced on so maybe try putting them on again? Also to be sure on the length, just compare then new one to the old one.

If you are still having problems with them then know this, a lot of auto part stores will install them for you for free. Then your headache will be theirs instead.

The 'click' is a function of your install, not the length used.

I use a shorter wiper on the passenger side because the stocker are to long IMHO.
