np231 vs nv231 hd

I was wondering if a nv231 hd out of a 2000 durango will fit in my 1999 np231 equipped durango. all your comments and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Everything should be exactly the same. The only time you would have a problem is when you get into the electronic transfer cases on 01' and later models.
