need help with headlight problem

Default need help with headlight problem

my low beam does not work on right side of 2003 durango, changed bulb and the same thing, high beam works on both sides but only the low beam does not work on right side low beam works on left side. any idea what it could be, cant find a fuse anywhere or a relay anywhere. looked at connector on back of headlight it looks ok. please help already got a warning for no headlight from mr police man..

check to make sure your getting signal. there is also a fuse. if the fuse is good then start tracing backwards for loss of power. then you will eventually find it.. if worse comes runa relay and tap for power off your signal light or your working headlamp.. sounds ghetto but it can be done nicely and works just fine and saves you money..

where is fuse located and what is it called, i looked for one for headlights but cant find it. thanks

It will be in the power distribution center. This is located on the drivers side under the hood near the battery. The flip side of the cover gives you info on what each fuse/breaker goes to. If it isn't the fuse/breaker get yourself a cheap multimeter or even a test light will do the trick. I am working on a write-up right now for how you can do your own electrical testing so give me a little bit and I will post you a link to it.
