I have a 99 Durango with the 2 pc bumper. I shattered the bottom plastic part hitting a snow bank in -25 F a few weeks ago. The top portion is rusted and looks like crap. I was going to buy the parts individually on ebay or auto parts warehouse for around $200. If the 2002 version fits on a 99, I can save about $30. HAs anyone done this swap? Is the 2002 bumper metal on top or plastic? I appreciate any help and thank you in advance.

 

Plastic and IIRC the fog lights are different sizes. I'm sure it should bolt right up though.
