new radio?
Fairly straight foreward for access, column down/ebrake/shifter in lowest gear/ pull plastic / etc etc. Make sure you get the appropriate harness to plug into the factory connection. If your model is equiped with a amp (passengers kick panel) make sure you connect the power amp/power attenna lead.
If your installing a wiremess its best to put it all lower left of the radio, this space takes alot of wires xD

I think i might of confused you by not correctly wording it, im sure you know what im talking about but for others i meant the factory stereo harness (the connector that plugs into the back of the stock radio) would not plug into an aftermarket deck, so instead of cutting the wires there are adapters that connect to the factory connection with labeled wires that make life easy.
When going with a new stereo, you ALWAYS want to get a harness... The harness just adapts the factory plug to the plug needed for the aftermarket stereo... Otherwise, you cut wires which is the biggest no-no IMO... Turns into crappy connections, shortened wires to work with, possible shorts, leading to fires and or burned out fuses... This is my #1 pet peeve when working with car stereo electronics... It is much easier to just deal with the harness...
okay so i get the harness the dash conversion kits and set to work? and do i just connect the wires with wire connectors?

tryin to take the dash off and the bottom part of it seems to not want to pull off under the steering wheel and under the radio section. are there any screws or anything? I cant seem to find any
The black bezel itself just pulls off but the knee panel and acs panel under is held in with screws. On the panel under the radio itself there are one or two screws by the 4x4 shifter, kinda hard to get at. You shouldnt have to remove those panels for just a radio replacement though
