Yeah but those engines were made to be boosted... It's just like a buddy of mine he's pushing 25 PSI IIRC in his Cyclone and his brother is pushing 30 in his Audi. Those engines came from the factory with turbos so they are made to handle it a lot better.

I did a little homework on finding SC's for my D a while back. Most bolt on setups for stock engines have a boost setup around 6-8psi. Enough to give you from 75-100 horsepower. Anymore boost may require a modified engine to handle the extra boost.

that site does not say much about the design of that boost bar! What the hell is it and how does it work? Haven't been able to find anything from google on this product.

This product starts to look more like one of those helix spacer gimmicks.

Default Durango Turbo and Supercharger Kits

That boost bar is pretty sick, but if you want to make real power for your Durango, go with a STS Rear Mounted Turbo or a Procharger Supercharger.

here is a pick of STS Twin Turbo on a 300C

A mild street cam is less up front, but installing, degreeing, tuning, and you still have to adjust your fuel, it starts to add up. Yu also have to worry about idle quality and your daily driving habits. A cam is not always friendly to those two fatcors.

The boost is the way to go IMO. You will add a solid 100-150hp on 6-7psi. The power is there when you step on it and its docile and almost non-existent during normal driving. So your gas doesnt suffer.

We are an authorized STS Dealer/Installer but we also sell Porcharger. Those are our two recommended boost options for our customers.

Fasthemi.com does not offer too many goodies for the Durango in general. Most of the accessories looks like it is only for the 1st gen. I do love those LED taillights. But too pricey for me at the moment. I wished I had known about the front projector style headlights back when I bought my clear lens! Only had to pay like another $40 to get the projector style. Not too happy with the clear lenses I have. The clear lens setup, the high beams are totally useless as it does not have a tight narrow beam facing forward as opposed to the OEM lens. No one even oncoming traffic flick their lights on me when I leave my highs on.

Those turbos are frecking SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But really, before I install a Boost Bar or some perfect Power Bands I think I am definatly going for new Muffler Bearings and a fresh shot of Sythetic Turn Signal Fluid!!!!
