It is a simple repair. Pull the belt off. Use a strap wrench to hold the pulley and use the proper sized crescent wrench (or vice grips if you don't have a full tool set ). The clutch is reverse threaded and may take some smacking to get it off. It gets pretty tight over the years. To install just do the same steps in reverse.

You must have free time, I'm to lazy to do all that. hehe.
