Default Injector size for modified 360

01 Durango 5.9L 4x4. I installed and m1 2bl, ported iron ram heads 2.02/1.625, headers, comp cam, 52mm tb, etc..

Question:?

In Shepperd book "How to modify a magnum motor" he says stock 24 lbs injectors will support 300hp. I'm over that and have noticed that some folks pushing even 400hp are using 24 lbs injctors? Mopar sells 32 and 36. Anyone know how much the 24 support before I lean out. And where can I find a low cost online retailer for new injectors if needed? I'm heading to the dyno with the sct tuner for some custom fuel / timing curves and only want to do this once.

Thanks all...

Thanks in advance.

Well it doesn't sound like you bored the motor...... So if you didn't I would stay OEM. It's not about rating HP it's about the lean out like you are talking about. With everything I've read into, the stockers should be just fine unless you go charged or bored with those mods. The OEM's will handle more than you think and I run them.
