I can't beleive what I am reading. You say there is NO information on spark plugs in here for a 4.7L?........

As for your truck riding hard, you put tires on it and using the OEM size means nothing. Many brands and types of tires are created for what you need.
You don't go to the grocery store and order 1 of everything. You sit down and write a list, do some research, get some options, then buy the things you need.
If I go and buy Michelins then I want a nice on road drive tire and if I like the mud then I buy a Super Swamper Bogger Tire. Everything in the middle according to the drivers needs so yes the tires can change how a vehicle responds.

Then you can get into shocks if you would like. Same rules apply.

SPARK PLUGS
DESCRIPTION
All engines use resistor type spark plugs. 4.7L V-8
engines are equipped with “fired in suppressor seal”
type spark plugs using a copper core ground electrode.
Because of the use of an aluminum cylinder head
on the 4.7L engine, spark plug torque is very critical.
To prevent possible pre-ignition and/or mechanical
engine damage, the correct type/heat range/number
spark plug must be used.
