Two small problems with my new 99

I just picked up my first Durango and I love it already. A 99 SLT 4x4 with a 5.9 and the condition is near perfect. I've only found two things wrong with it (three, but from what I've read here seat-rock doesn't count) and I'm wondering if they could be related. The rear driver's side window doesn't work (plum dead) and the rear driver's side lock actuator doesn't work either (it does twitch when activated). Now I'm certain the two problems aren't related but both being in the same door of an otherwise very clean ride made me go hmmmm?

Any thoughts?

Common failure items.

Window motors on the D are weak. Search here for repair guides and others who have already gone through the process. Try http://www.windowmotor.com/ as a replacement source.

As for the rear lock, here is my "How To Guide" on replacing the lock in a rear door on the drivers side:

And you are correct, a slight rock in the seat is "Durango-normal"
