Default Won't start.

I tried to start my durango, and it didn't click, the dashlights didn't come on, and I am unable to turn my headlights on, started to jump it, the battery had spark and wouldn't jump. I had the battery tested but it came back good. All i can get is a buzzing underneath the steering wheel and if I open the glove box, the buzzing stops and a clicking in the glovebox begins. Shut it, the buzzing starts again. I then replaced the ignition switch, it didn't change anything. I got frustrated and started to jump it again. When I put the jumper cable on the negative battery terminal, the hazard lights all of the sudden came on, (its not connected to the other vehicle at all) so i tried to start it again and it worked. I took it for a spin around the block, turned it off, tried to turn it back on, nothing... repeated battery cable thing, lights came on again, vehicle starts. Yes the battery cables are tight. I don't understand it. What are your thoughts?

Sounds like a classic bad battery connection. Check the wires as well. Also check all grounds on the chassis.
