I have the semilar problem......#3 injector has a fault then while driving it goes a way to come back another day......What is it?

I have a problem:

Dodge Dakota LE, 1993, 5,2 Ltr. Engine Problem
Check Engine Light is On sometimes, sometimes engine runs ruff. then goes away.

Code Reader indicates codes: #27, #41 and #46

How do I fix that? Thankyou in advance. james
