Question wood trim removal?

so I have that wood trim throughout the interior & i'm bored of it so I want to take it off and paint it to match the exterior.. I was wondering how I take all the trim off?? I tried to search on here for a thread about that but either nobody's asked or I'm just an idiot and don't know how to search. I just wanted to get some input before I just go in & start unscrewing & ripping things out and then find out I didn't need to!

Also, I wanted to see if anybody had painted their trim themselves & how it turned out for them.

You take off the dash section and use a replacement instead. That's 5 minutes and $30 on eBay. The doors need painted or replaced as well. There is no "taking it off" if you are talking about the stock woodgrain.

I didn't know they made anything other than carbon and wood.

I'll keep an eye out.

I have seen some pretty good ones on e-bay. I personally am torn between carbon fiber and Brushed Aluminum, The wood looks nice but kind of "OLD MANNISH" Makes my car look like it belongs in South Florida. Here is the link, with other than wood colors.

those are pretty nice, I've seen those. my thing is I want my accents to be flat black to match the exterior so it doesn't matter to me if the replacement is carbon fiber or wood grain or plain.. i'll be painting it :]

I also found something that's alot cheaper, but I'm not sure how it might look [I need to do more research on them], but their website is www.rvinyl.com it's just quality vinyl that will go over the accents.. and SUPPOSEDLY not ruin them if you have to take the vinyl off.

Like I said, I need to look more into that, but if anyone could take a look into that stuff and give me your opinions it would be greatly appreciated!

Absence of the wood trim is simply black right from the factory. Those are the easiest and most plentiful to find on eBay so you are in luck waiting less than a few weeks looking for listings you like post. Easy.

Plus, the removal and install is a 5 minute job IF you stop for a beer in between. Easy X2

Hell... here is one already:
