Default Upper radiator hose diameter

can anyone tell me the diameter of the upper radiator hoses were the connect to the coolant filler neck. My filler neck broke off, and I cant find another one. So I am going to try to rig something up until I can get the right part. Any help would be great. Thanks!!! I am in the Army, and currently stationed in Germany, so my parts on hand are very limited!!

First of all, welcome to the forum and thanks for your dedication and service to our country. As a veteran myself I am willing to try and help out a fellow sevice member both present and former.

+1 Hydra, we need engine, model, mileage and year. I can tell you that my 03 SLT 4.7 has a filler neck from the radiator, and a second filler neck in line from the radiator fitting to the upper hose intake housing. If this is the part you are thinking about, then jegs.com might be a good place to start. They are a performance specialty in Columbus, OH and on their check out page have an option for APO/FPO Orders. Hope this helps.

Jegs.com Home page....cooling.... .Thermostat Housings, Filler Necks & Water Restrictors....Inline Radiator Hose Filler Neck.

Sorry about that, It is a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT, 5.2L, Automatic, 4X4

I just got back from Iraq last week, and got it out of storage, and drove it 2 days, the the coolant filler broke, no one in Germany has the part, new or used, I looked at the part Jegs has, but it is going to take a week or two to get here. Kinda pressed for time. I was going to try to rig something up, but very limited on resource's. Any help would be great. If anyone has a spare laying around, and would like to sell it, and overnight it to me, I would be more than willing to pay for the part, and the shipping. Just trying to get it back on the Autoban!! Thanks and any help would be very appreciated.

It's a less than $50US Upper Radiator hose. It includes the neck, new cap and everything. It is part number 52029195AK.

Here was my story on "(Mis)adventures of a blown hose." Ouch! I can look back and laugh now!! Not
